IMPORTANT NOTICE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
YOU as Licensee and Marson S. Ramos the author and owner of The
Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*
By Copying, Installing or otherwise using the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*, YOU agree
to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If YOU do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly stop the instalation
process of the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* and delete any copies of the Cifraweb
Editor 1.0.* in your possession.
The copyright of The Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* and its documentation are owned
by Marson S. Ramos. Subject to the terms of this EULA, YOU are granted a
non-exclusive right for the duration of this EULA to use the Cifraweb Editor
1.0.*. YOU do not acquire ownership of copyright or intellectual property rights
of any part of the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* by virtue of this EULA. Your use of
the Cifraweb Editor indicates your acceptance of this EULA and warranty.
License Grant
Marson S. Ramos grants you a non-exclusive license to use The Cifraweb
Editor 1.0.*, as indicated in this agreement.
1. Nomenclature:
a. In this agreement the expression: "Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*" means:
Cifraweb Setup Program, all Cifraweb Fonts, Cifraweb.exe, Audio Files,
Cifraweb Database and all files installed by the Cifraweb Setup Program.
b. In this agreement the expression: "You" means:
The Licensee
c. In this agreement the expression: "Author" means:

c. In this agreement the expression: "Owner" means:

c. In this agreement the expression: "EULA" means:

2. Copyright - Ownership
a. The CIFRAWEB FONTS ARE NOT FREEWARE, they are intellectual
property of his Author: Marson S. Ramos and they are copyrighted
by his Author: Marson S. Ramos, they are part of the Cifraweb Editor.
YOU MAY NOT: MODIFY, COPY, EDIT OR USE THEM IN OTHER
PROGRAMS, WEBSITES, BLOGS ETC. THE USE OR EDITION OF
THE CIFRAWEB FONTS MAY RESULT IN SEVERE CIVIL AND
CRIMINAL PENALTIES AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE
MAXIMUM EXTENT UNDER THE LAW.
b. The Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* and its Source Code are Proprietary Products of
Marson S. Ramos and is protected by copyright and other intellectual
property laws.
c. The Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* is licensed and not sold. You acquire only
the right to use the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* and do not acquire any rights,
express or implied.
d. The Licensee rights are only those specified in this License.
e. Interaction or inclusion of parts of the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* in third-party
products does not mean that the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*, or any portion of it,
is part of these products or property of the companies owning these products.
3. You MAY:
a. Install and use the cifraweb Editor for non-commercial purpose only;
b. Create Chord Notations using the Cifraweb Editor and save them for
non-commercial purpose only;
Restrictions
4. You MAY NOT:
a. Sell, Rent, Clone, Copy, Emulate, Lease, Modify the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*
b. Publish the chord Notations created with the Cifraweb Editor on any kind of
websites, blogs etc.
c. Publish the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* on any kind of websites, blogs etc.
d. Cause or permit: reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or
alteration of the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*
e. Remove any product identification, copyright notices, proprietary
restrictions from the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* or other notices.
f. Modify or copy the documentation accompanying the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*
c. Redistribute the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.* by any mean (CD-ROM,
DVD-ROOM, Websites...)
5. Support
a. The owner doesn't provide any kind of support but the Help Topics
can solve any doubt about the use of the Cifraweb Editor.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Cifraweb Editor is distributed "As Is". no warranty of any
kind is expressed or implied. and the use of the Cifraweb Editor
is at your own sole risk.
7. Disclaimer of Damages
a. The author will not be liable for data loss, dameges, loss of profits
or any other kind of loss; before, while, or after using the
Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*
8. How to cancel this agreement
a. if you uninstall the Cifraweb Editor 1.0.*, and remove any copy
of it from your computer, this License will be terminated. You may
terminate it at any time.
